QuickOffice is now free for Android and iOS devices

If you are not already aware about QuickOffice, let me tell you what it is. It’s a very useful application that you can install on your iOS and Android devices. It lets you open Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF files seamlessly. The best part is that you cannot just open, you can also edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files with a lot of formatting options right on your mobile phones and tablets.

Earlier in the previous week, Google announced that QuickOffice is now free for Google Account users. It is important to note that this program was not freeware, it came for a certain price earlier but now you can download and use it absolutely free of cost.

Talking about the features, it now comes with easy sync options with Google Drive. It means you can save your files right in Google’s cloud based service – Google Drive. As a sign-up offer, you will get a 15GB of free space for two years without paying any charge. What else can you seek from a premium application like QuickOffice.

One of the significant features announced by Google is that you can very easily convert your old files to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, and can access the same from almost anywhere in the world.

With this announcement, Google also announced the enhancement of official logo for QuickOffice which of course looks more elegant now.

What are you waiting for, head over to Google Play store from your iOS or Android powered devices and download the application and get 15GB of Google Drive space free.
